ViralWiFi uses the following cookie categories:

• Essential technical cookies (no consent needed): required for site functionality. E.g.: login session, language preferences, currency selection.
• Analytical cookies (consent required): Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymous data on pages visited, session duration, device type. IP is anonymized before transmission.
• Marketing/remarketing cookies (consent required): Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Remarketing — measure ad campaign effectiveness and show relevant ads to ViralWiFi visitors.
• Functional third-party cookies: Stripe (payment processing) — required for secure payment completion.

3. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4 to analyze site traffic in aggregate, anonymous form. Data collected: pages visited, session duration, browser and device type, country of origin. IP anonymization is active by default. Opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

4. Google Ads — Conversion Tracking & Remarketing

We use Google Ads for search advertising campaigns. Conversion cookies record completed actions (e.g., WiFi QR account creation, plan upgrade). Remarketing cookies allow showing ViralWiFi ads to site visitors. Manage preferences at adssettings.google.com.

5. Stripe — Payment Cookies

6. How to manage cookies

7. Cookie duration

• Session cookies: deleted when browser is closed.
• Persistent technical cookies (language/currency preferences): 12 months.
• Google Analytics 4: up to 13 months.
• Google Ads (conversions): 90 days.
• Google Ads (remarketing): 540 days.
• Stripe: payment session duration.

This Cookie Policy may be updated to reflect service or regulatory changes. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
