These Terms & Conditions govern the use of BoostWIFI (boostwifi.app), operated by B FIRST S.R.L., registered office at Viale Tibaldi 74, 20141 Milan (MI), Italy, Italian Tax Code and VAT number IT10108530964. BoostWIFI is the all-in-one platform for restaurant, bar, hotel, B&B, gym and accommodation managers: a custom QR code to collect Google reviews, grow social followers, and manage WiFi, digital menu and direct bookings, with email marketing automation and digital loyalty cards. By using BoostWIFI you fully accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

"BoostWIFI" means the boostwifi.app platform and its services. "Manager" means the owner or manager of a venue using BoostWIFI. "End Customer" means the venue customer interacting with the WiFi QR. "Service" means the full set of platform features.

2. Service Description

BoostWIFI offers:

Unlimited custom WiFi QR code generation, included in all plans.
Negative review protection: intercepts below-threshold ratings before publication on Google, TripAdvisor, Booking, Airbnb.
Email marketing automation: contact collection via WiFi and automated follow-up campaigns.
Digital loyalty cards and loyalty coupons to retain customers.
Real-time analytics on connections, reviews and followers acquired.
Multi-venue dashboard for chains, groups and property managers.

3. Plans & Pricing

BoostWIFI no longer offers a permanent free plan: all plans are paid with a 14-day free trial (card required to start the trial, first charge on day 15).
Start Plan (€49/venue/month): Smart Code, automatic customer database, follower and review boost, digital menu, email marketing.
Boost Plan (€99/venue/month): everything in Start + Challenges & Points for UGC content, commission-free direct bookings, automatic AI Reply.
Professional Plan (€99/venue/month): everything in Boost + multi-venue management (up to 10 venues) in one dashboard, white-label, data export, API access.
Chains Plan (€149/venue/month): everything in Professional + up to 50 venues, dedicated account manager, centralized billing.
Enterprise Plan (from €499/venue/month): unlimited venues, dedicated account manager, custom onboarding, 99.9% SLA, custom integrations.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Prices may change. Always check the current version at boostwifi.app/plans.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1). Subscription renews automatically monthly or annually. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no cancellation fees. In case of failed payment, the plan is downgraded to Free after a 7-day grace period. Invoices are available in your dashboard.

5. Permitted Use

By accepting these Terms you declare that you:

Are the legitimate manager of the venue for which you use the service.
Will not use BoostWIFI for illegal activities, spam or unfair practices.
Will not attempt to bypass review protection fraudulently.
Will comply with Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Airbnb terms of service.
Will not resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with BoostWIFI.

6. End Customer Data

End customer data collected via WiFi QR (email, phone) belongs to the Manager. BoostWIFI processes it as a data processor (DPA available on request). The Manager is responsible for obtaining consent from end customers for marketing use of such data.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, BoostWIFI brand, templates and platform features are owned by BoostWIFI. Content uploaded by the Manager (logo, photos, text) remains their property. The Manager grants BoostWIFI a limited license to display such content within the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

BoostWIFI does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, followers or connections. The platform is provided "as is". BoostWIFI is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or reputational damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.

9. Suspension and Cancellation

BoostWIFI reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms. No refund will be due in case of suspension for misuse. Users can cancel their account at any time from the dashboard — data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

10. Changes to Terms

BoostWIFI may modify these Terms with at least 14 days notice via email. Continued use of the platform after the change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall first attempt amicable resolution. The competent court is Milan (Italy). EU consumer protection law applies where applicable.
