Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"ViralWiFi" means the viralwifi.app platform and its services. "Manager" means the owner or manager of a venue using ViralWiFi. "End Customer" means the venue customer interacting with the WiFi QR. "Service" means the full set of platform features.

2. Service Description

ViralWiFi offers:

• Custom WiFi QR code generation (free on Free plan, unlimited on paid plans).
• Negative review protection: intercepts below-threshold ratings before publication on Google, TripAdvisor, Booking, Airbnb.
• Email marketing automation: contact collection via WiFi and automated follow-up campaigns.
• Digital loyalty cards and loyalty coupons to retain customers.
• Real-time analytics on connections, reviews and followers acquired.
• Multi-venue dashboard for chains, groups and property managers.

3. Plans & Pricing

• Free Plan: 1 custom WiFi QR, up to 50 scans/month, public venue page. Free forever, no card required.
• Reviews Plan (€9/month): multi-platform negative review protection, unlimited WiFi QR, basic analytics.
• Pro Plan (€19/month): everything in Reviews + email marketing automation, coupons, advanced analytics.
• Max Plan (€39/month): everything in Pro + white-label, up to 3 venues, multi-venue dashboard.
• Enterprise Plan: contact us for custom solutions for chains and large operators.
• Prices may change. Always check the current version at viralwifi.app/plans.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (PCI-DSS Level 1). Subscription renews automatically monthly or annually. Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no cancellation fees. In case of failed payment, the plan is downgraded to Free after a 7-day grace period. Invoices are available in your dashboard.

5. Permitted Use

By accepting these Terms you declare that you:

• Are the legitimate manager of the venue for which you use the service.
• Will not use ViralWiFi for illegal activities, spam or unfair practices.
• Will not attempt to bypass review protection fraudulently.
• Will comply with Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Airbnb terms of service.
• Will not resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with ViralWiFi.

6. End Customer Data

End customer data collected via WiFi QR (email, phone) belongs to the Manager. ViralWiFi processes it as a data processor (DPA available on request). The Manager is responsible for obtaining consent from end customers for marketing use of such data.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, ViralWiFi brand, templates and platform features are owned by ViralWiFi. Content uploaded by the Manager (logo, photos, text) remains their property. The Manager grants ViralWiFi a limited license to display such content within the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

ViralWiFi does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, followers or connections. The platform is provided "as is". ViralWiFi is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or reputational damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.

9. Suspension and Cancellation

ViralWiFi reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms. No refund will be due in case of suspension for misuse. Users can cancel their account at any time from the dashboard — data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

10. Changes to Terms

ViralWiFi may modify these Terms with at least 14 days notice via email. Continued use of the platform after the change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall first attempt amicable resolution. The competent court is Milan (Italy). EU consumer protection law applies where applicable.
